Blue Ash is two places at once. About thirteen thousand people live here, but the daytime population is closer to fifty-five thousand, because the city is home to around two thousand businesses, from corporate headquarters to the office parks along Reed Hartman Highway. The residential side is mostly post-war and later: brick ranches, split-levels and two-story colonials from the 1950s onward, with newer builds filling in, a short drive north of our office in Deer Park.
The houses are straightforward to light well. Straight fascia and sound gutter take a permanent track cleanly, and on a split-level the stepped rooflines make an attractive line once they are lit. What a Blue Ash install actually takes
On the residential streets, not much drama. Heights are modest, access is usually good, and the work goes into measuring the run, spacing the fixings for snow load and freeze-thaw, and planning the power properly. Split-levels take a little more care where the rooflines step, because each section is its own run and the joins need to look deliberate.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Blue Ash
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
