Lighting built for Fort Thomas rooflines
Fort Thomas sits on the bluff above the Ohio, and it is the most consistently handsome housing stock on the Kentucky side — substantial early-twentieth-century houses on tree-lined streets, brick and stone, steep pitches, slate and tile, deep eaves, laid out along the old military reservation. Mature trees cover most of the streets, and the ground falls away hard toward the river on the west side, so both the sightlines and the access are unlike anything in Florence or Independence.
That combination — old detailed rooflines, heavy tree cover, steep ground — is exactly where the choice between the two permanent systems actually matters, and where a well-built seasonal display designed around the trim is often the better answer. It is also where people most want to stop doing it themselves, because these are not houses to be on a ladder against in December.
What a Fort Thomas install actually takes
Access and edge variety, in that order. Steep side streets, mature hardwoods over the drive and lots that drop toward the river mean the lift position is frequently the hardest decision of the day. Fixings are chosen for the actual edge — slate, tile and decorative fascia each want different hardware — and nothing is fastened through roofing material.
There is small-scale commercial and civic frontage along Fort Thomas Avenue, plus church and school work, which suits a clean permanent run rather than an annual rehang. Those get scheduled around service times and trading hours.

What we install
Christmas & Seasonal
Full-service holiday displays: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, then takedown and storage.
JellyFish Permanent
Track-mounted permanent lighting tucked under the roofline. Millions of colors, app controlled, holiday or everyday.
Bosso Smart Lighting
A permanent lighting alternative with its own fixture and control system. We fit it to homes JellyFish does not suit.
Commercial & HOA
Storefronts, offices, common areas and entrances, scheduled installs that work around your business hours.
Christmas and seasonal light installation in Fort Thomas
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.

Permanent outdoor lighting in Fort Thomas
Permanent lighting is a slim track fixed under the roofline that stays up all year and reads as trim from the street. Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the one most people have heard of and we are an authorized dealer. Bosso is an alternative with its own fixture and control system that suits some rooflines better. We bring both to the consult and tell you which fits your house, including when that is the cheaper option.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Fort Thomas
We light storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas as well as homes. Commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours so the install never costs you a business day, and a larger property can be phased across several visits.
If an HOA, a landlord or a historic district has rules about fixture color, brightness or where a track may sit, bring them to the consult and we design to them from the start rather than asking for an exception later.
