Lighting built for Norwood rooflines
Norwood is a city entirely surrounded by Cincinnati, and it is one of the oldest, most tightly built places we work. Most of the housing is early-twentieth-century two-storey frame and brick on narrow lots, close-set, with deep eaves, steep pitches and gutter that has been replaced piecemeal across a hundred years. Working room between houses is measured in feet, and street parking is often the only place a vehicle can go.
That pushes the work toward well-built seasonal displays, because the runs are relatively short and reachable and the edges are too varied for a track to be the automatic answer. Where a house has been renovated and the fascia squared up, permanent lighting goes in well. The other half of Norwood is commercial — Rookwood and the surrounding retail and office frontage sit right on the edge of the neighbourhood.
What a Norwood install actually takes
Access first, hardware second. Narrow lots, close-set houses and street-only parking mean there is often no room for a lift, so the plan has to work with what can actually be reached. Fixings are matched per edge because no two houses on a Norwood street present the same fascia, and nothing is fastened through roofing material — a fair number of these roofs are slate.
Rookwood and the retail along Edwards and Edmondson are proper commercial work, right against the residential streets. Those frontages want a clean permanent run, and they are sectioned and scheduled around trading hours because there is nowhere to stage a job out of the way.

What we install
Christmas & Seasonal
Full-service holiday displays: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, then takedown and storage.
JellyFish Permanent
Track-mounted permanent lighting tucked under the roofline. Millions of colors, app controlled, holiday or everyday.
Bosso Smart Lighting
A permanent lighting alternative with its own fixture and control system. We fit it to homes JellyFish does not suit.
Commercial & HOA
Storefronts, offices, common areas and entrances, scheduled installs that work around your business hours.
Christmas and seasonal light installation in Norwood
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.

Permanent outdoor lighting in Norwood
Permanent lighting is a slim track fixed under the roofline that stays up all year and reads as trim from the street. Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the one most people have heard of and we are an authorized dealer. Bosso is an alternative with its own fixture and control system that suits some rooflines better. We bring both to the consult and tell you which fits your house, including when that is the cheaper option.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Norwood
We light storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas as well as homes. Commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours so the install never costs you a business day, and a larger property can be phased across several visits.
If an HOA, a landlord or a historic district has rules about fixture color, brightness or where a track may sit, bring them to the consult and we design to them from the start rather than asking for an exception later.
