Loveland sits across three counties, Hamilton, Clermont and Warren, with its historic downtown down in the Little Miami River valley and the Loveland Bike Trail running straight through it. The older homes near downtown are frame and brick on hillside streets, many from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, and above the valley the newer subdivisions climb the hills with taller two-story houses and more complex rooflines.
That gives Loveland both kinds of work. Hills and height. Plenty of Loveland lots slope, which changes where a ladder or a lift can safely stand, and a two-story front on a hillside can be three stories at the back. We measure the full run, plan access for each side of the house, space the fixings for snow load and freeze-thaw, and fix to the fascia and trim, never through the roof.
Downtown Loveland is compact, busy commercial frontage near the river and the trail, with shops and restaurants where the lighting is part of how the street trades in the evening. Those runs are sectioned and scheduled around opening hours so no business loses a night, and permanent lighting lets a storefront change with the seasons without anyone on a ladder.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Loveland
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
