It is the biggest, newest, tallest housing on this list, which makes it simultaneously the easiest stock to fit a permanent track to and the least sensible to be re-hanging by hand every year.
So permanent lighting is the strongest fit in Mason, and it is usually what brings people to us. One install, a track that disappears into the trim line, and no ladder work again — which in this climate is the part people actually buy. Seasonal displays run alongside it, and the two often start as one job and become the other.
What a Mason install actually takes
Height, and a lot of linear footage. A three-storey rear elevation over a walkout is common here, and the frontages are wide enough that the run is long even when the roofline is simple. Mature planting can make lift placement the hardest decision of the day. We settle access on the site visit and plan the power run properly rather than trailing leads across a lawn.
The commercial side is substantial. Deerfield Towne Center and the Mason-Montgomery Road corridor are retail and restaurant frontage where an unlit facade beside a lit one is an immediate comparison, and there is office and corporate campus work in the same area. Those runs get sectioned and scheduled around trading hours.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Mason
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
